How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website by adding the item to your cart and filling out the delivery form.
How long does production and delivery take?
Each 4EVA mat is custom-made to perfectly fit your car’s model. Standard orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Custom-made mats take around 7–15 business days, depending on your vehicle type.
Delivery is available to most EU countries. Orders over €60 ship for free.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery if it is in its original condition and packaging and has not been used or damaged.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund at no extra cost. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Custom-made items that do not fit as described are also eligible for replacement or refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, and Przelewy24.
All transactions are encrypted and processed safely.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all 4EVA products come with a two-year warranty. It covers defects beyond normal wear and tear from regular use but does not apply to parts that naturally wear out over time. For warranty service, please contact our customer support. Once approved, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge and shipped back to you at no additional cost. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, and for products made by third parties, their warranty terms apply.
