At 4EVA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Specific conditions apply, as detailed below.

Return Policy

For Items You Choose to Return

If you decide a product isn’t right for you, it can be returned, provided:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • It is unused and undamaged.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. That said, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.  

In cases where we’ve shipped the wrong item or when a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at 4evamats@gmail.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you:

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be packaged securely using a shipping box or bag.

To initiate a return, please use our product return tool or email our Customer Service Team at 4evamats@gmail.com with your Order Number. If you’re returning a gift, be sure to include the purchaser’s name and address in your correspondence.

Return Instructions

Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address listed on the return form using the carrier of your choice. Please note the following:

  • 4EVA does not provide return shipping labels.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must follow the detailed instructions provided by our support team.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method for the value of the returned items (shipping charges are non-refundable).

For purchases made using cash-on-delivery (COD), a full refund will only be issued once valid bank account details are provided for any remaining balance transfer. COD fees and shipping expenses remain non-refundable.

Special Cases for Defective, Damaged, or Fitting Issues

For such returns, proof in the form of photos or videos must be provided for evaluation. Once verified, replacements will be issued free of charge.

Returns due to failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability to receive their order upon delivery.

Begin by using our product return tool or contacting us at 4evamats@gmail.com with your Order Number. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and reviewing your item(s). Seasonal demand may extend processing times, so your patience is appreciated.

For Unsatisfactory Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll promptly offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. All returns must be initiated within 30 days, with items in original condition and packaging (unused).

Please keep in mind that items used or missing original packaging may be rejected during the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged, defective, or ill-fitting item, and we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience. Our goal is to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

To start, you can either reach out to our customer service team for assistance or use our self-service product return tool. Once we assess your request, we’ll ensure you’re presented with return options in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Rest assured, we will cover all return postage costs.

Items That Do Not Fit

We guarantee that all products will properly fit the vehicle specified on our website and in your order confirmation email. Should a product not fit as indicated, we’ll gladly process a return for a full refund or exchange - at no extra cost to you.

Before proceeding with the return, you may need to provide evidence of the fitment issue (e.g., photos of the problem alongside vehicle details). This helps us identify the cause of the problem and determine the appropriate resolution under our policies.

As part of our guarantee:

  • We will cover all postage costs.
  • We require you to supply proof of the fitment defect as requested, such as clear photographs of the issue and your vehicle.
  • Items must be returned in "as new" condition and should not be used if they do not fit properly.
  • Returned goods should be packaged exactly as they were received. Do not affix labels directly to the original packaging unless that was how it was shipped to you. Instead, place the item in a secondary protective package and attach the label to that packaging.

If the items do not meet these conditions, your return may be declined and sent back to you unless we’ve granted an explicit written exception.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Items Shipped in Error

While we strive for accuracy in every order, occasional mistakes can happen. If you’ve received an incorrect item, there’s often no need to return it. Simply email our customer service team at 4evamats@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly and at our expense.

Replacement Policy

Ensuring your order arrives on time and in pristine condition is our priority. If you receive missing or damaged items, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost via our third-party courier service.

Returning an Order

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right quickly and efficiently. You may request a refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  1. The item is unused, and
  2. It is in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, as we do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for general dissatisfaction returns.

To initiate a return, reach out to our customer service team via email (4evamats@gmail.com) or complete the Return Form using our online product return tool. Once approved, you’ll receive a unique Return Authorization number that must be included on your package for it to be processed correctly.

Limited Warranty

All products come with a two-year warranty, providing peace of mind for your purchase. This warranty covers defects beyond normal wear-and-tear from regular use but does not apply to parts that wear out naturally over time.

To arrange warranty service:

  1. Contact our support team at 4evamats@gmail.com before returning any item.
  2. Once approved, return the product to us, and we will repair or replace it free of charge. We’ll then ship it back to you via mail at no additional cost.

Please note: Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. If the product was manufactured by a third party, it will be subject to their warranty terms rather than ours.
